Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred from Victoria Falls Airport to your lodge in town. Visit to Victoria Falls this afternoon (if time allows), either on your own or arrange to go with a guide. We recommended taking a sunset Zambezi boat cruise to end the day (optional extra) or to dine at The Boma Restaurant for a taste of the African flavours, action, music and atmosphere. One full day is set aside to enjoy any of the many activities on offer. Overnight at Ilala Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
After breakfast, and a last morning activity in Victoria Falls (if time allows), you will be collected from the lodge and transferred across the border into Botswana. Your driver will assist with the border crossing which is an experience in itself. Check in at the lodge and enjoy your activities as included (game drives, boating, canoeing (seasonal and water level dependent) & village visit).A chance to see large herds of elephants from up close and plenty other wildlife from an open safari vehicle and the river. This property is located near the Ngoma Gate for entry to the Chobe Riverfront. Very few lodges are located on this end of the park and few people utilize this entry point, creating a more remote and exclusive experience than at the properties around Kasane. Although outside the park, this option is located in a bush setting where wildlife frequently passes through. Overnight at Chobe Elephant Camp (fully inclusive of meals and activities)
After a morning activity (if time allows) you will be transferred to Kasane Airport where you then meet with your pilot for your light aircraft transfer to the Khwai area. Enjoy the scheduled activities with your lodge guide: day & night game drives and mokoro (seasonal and water level dependent). Overnight at Machaba Camp (fully inclusive of meals and activities)
After a morning spent at leisure or doing an activity as scheduled, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your onward flight to your next camp in the Okavango Delta. Enjoy the scheduled activities with your lodge guide as included (mokoro excursions, boating (subject to water level) & walking (subject to guide availability). Pelo Camp is set in one of the best areas to see the rare sitatunga and red lechwe antelopes. Wildlife concentrations in this part of the Okavango Delta depend on the water flow and change from season to season. Birdlife in abundance. Overnight at Pelo Camp (fully inclusive of meals and activities)
After a morning activity (if time allows) you will be transferred to the airstrip and then board for your light aircraft transfer to Maun Airport where your tour ends.
