Enjoy this fly-in safari adventure in Namibia, which takes you to Onguma Game Reserve and Etosha National Park and onto Damaraland to experience the Twyfelfontein area with its Africa Rock paintings. Since the journey is only 5 nights, flying into each of these regions will allow you the time to enjoy all that each area has to offer.

Day 1

ONGUMA GAME RESERVE

Start your journey from Windhoek with a charter flight to Onguma Game Reserve. On arrival at the airstrip, you will be transferred to the Onguma Tented Camp where you will stay for the next three nights. You can enjoy your first sunset game drive this evening. Onguma Game Reserve features over 34000 hectares of protected land scattered with a variety of wildlife including plains game, black rhino, kudu, giraffe, zebra, lion, cheetah, leopard and more than 300 bird species. Overnight at Onguma Tented Camp.

Day 2 & 3

ETOSHA AND ONGUMA GAME VIEWING

Two days to enjoy the safari activities offered by the lodge. You can enjoy a morning game drive into Etosha National Park and an evening game drive in Onguma Game Reserve. You can also have the opportunity to experience the sights, smells, and sounds of the Namibian bush by conducting an early morning leisurely walk accompanied by experienced armed rangers. Overnight at Onguma Tented Camp.

Day 4

FLY TO DAMARALAND

Today your pilot will fly you from Onguma Airstrip to Twyfelfontein airstrip. On arrival, you will be met by a representative from Discover Africa and transferred to Mowani Mountain Camp where you will spend the next two nights. The flying time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Overnight at Camp Kipwe.

Day 5

TWYFELFONTEIN

Some of the activities included during your stay at Mowani include an elephant and dune drive as well as a visit to Twyfelfontein. The Elephant and dune drive offers an opportunity to climb into an open-air vehicle with a local guide sharing new insight into local traditions. The visit around Twyfelfontein takes approximately two hours and usually takes place in the afternoon and shows the area's ancient rock engravings. Overnight at Camp Kipwe.

Day 6

FLIGHT BACK TO WINDHOEK

Today marks the end of this short but exciting, after breakfast at the lodge, you will be flown by charter flight back to Windhoek airport for your onward journey.
